Scope of Services. Through this Site, SRS Cleaning Service LLC markets and arranges House Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Deep Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://cleaningcompanymilford.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SRS Cleaning Service LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. SRS Cleaning Service LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. SRS Cleaning Service LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, SRS Cleaning Service LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify SRS Cleaning Service LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. DE law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in DE.

Modifications. SRS Cleaning Service LLC may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
